Tourist Visa fees are not Refundable once payment is made. 

No Show:

If you fail to turn up for the Tours, Transfers, Entry tickets, Sightseeing tours, Rentals, no refunds can be made.

No refund can be made for the loss or lack of the relevant documents. 

Refund Policy:

For the refund, make a cancellation request on the website. As per our Refund Policy, the cancellation amount will be deduced. After cutting the Cancellation amount, we will refund the amount on the credit or debit card.

Hotel Check-in & Check-out Policy:

If we are not able to provide you the accommodation in the mentioned hotel, we will provide you accommodation in an alternative hotel with the same budget and standard. 

Check-in & Check-out policy depends on the hotel. We are not responsible for any early or late check-in or check-out requests.

Travel Insurance:

Arabianatours.com does not provide any kind of Travel insurance to travelers. We are not responsible for any kind of damages to an accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage. 

Travel Documents:

Every traveler is required to carry the original and copy of his/her relevant document for a particular tour, including a passport or a valid ID card. Especially, for those who are traveling to different countries. 

No refund can be made for the loss or lack of these relevant documents.
